I finally have learned to heat up 1 c water and make a concentrated liquid (it disolves much better when you pre-heat the water). I mix less than an ounce of this "magnesium water" with a glass of juice. Put the rest in the fridge for later (2x/day). I also add vit D drops to his juice. I had taken a very long break from the Natural Calm because I could never figure out how to get him to drink it. I've tried the Attentative Child. He won't take them. VERY PICKY kid! Sneaking it in juice seems to be working!

It's a large chewable (diameter of a quarter, but thicker) that tastes like a "Sweet-Tart" candy (if you're old enough to remember those). My DC objected the first time I gave him the tablet, but once he'd tried it (a VERY picky eater, mind you) he decided it was like candy. Hasn't objected since then. Frequently he asks for it.
Good luck!
