I waited, followed the rules and got the email to reschedule. I’m in group 7.
You are lucky. There are teachers in group 1-6 who didn’t get the email.

Anonymous wrote:I'm a private school teacher who was scheduled for the 26th. No word from Inova about rescheduling (and there is no way to contact them that I have found) and no way for me to go up my food chain because we were told we had to schedule things ourselves. So here I am, eligible and ready to get the shot, and I have no idea what to do now.

Why did every news article give shortage as a reason then?? None of this makes any sense.
It does make sense. See the above posts.
I am an ES teacher. I was able to reschedule for today which is even a few days earlier than my previously assigned window. I’ve been willing to teach in person since last summer and if this makes it easier for us to open schools, great. Let’s stop looking for barriers.
Did you get an email to reschedule? DH's appointment was cancelled and he hasn't received rescheduling instructions.
Yes. It came in last night.
It seems some people got it and others did not. I feel bad that people with later appts got it before people with earlier appts.
PP here. What makes you think that happened? I think they were rescheduling those who had had appointments from the 26th-31st.
Cause I know people who were scheduled for 26th and 27th who didn’t get link and some on 30th and 31st who did.

Maybe FCHD thought that if your original appointment was sometime Thursday through Sunday, you were more likely to be available to come in?
