They will have to suspend the rules first since its not an "action item" on the agenda. Suspending the rules takes 2/3, whereas voting on return to school is a simple majority. Otherwise someone (likely Ian or Jeff) will announce tonight that it will be an action item at the meeting in two weeks. Won't change the date, just the date of the vote.

By 3/3 it should be. I’m a teacher. I did some math based on the average PCR drop rate and by 3/1 it has us under 10% for 5 days if the drop rate holds. My calculation had today at 15.1% and it was, so it’s holding. Cases are high for sure but only one has to drop per the metrics so even if they do away with them, 3/3 should have been in that range anyway.
