It sounds like you don’t like her much so you really need to just move on. Don't participate and definitely don’t do the passive aggressive grocery route (assuming she has the resources to buy her own groceries snd it’s more the meal prep that is the purpose of the meal train).

WF has some good pre-packed meat + three entrees, and I think Safeway does something similar. Or you could even get a frozen tray of lasagna. I suspect most of us wouldn’t want to receive these things from a meal train—like, I can order my own groceries just fine, thank you—but it would strike the nice middle ground of showing you care while still following the rules.
