I did her classes all through pregnancy (she has special classes for each trimester) and also her postnatal. and then "strong mama" classes now that I'm 7 months postnatal.
I had my first baby at 44 and assumed I'd be more at risk for various issues, but I had a super easy pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum. I could just be lucky, but I believe consistently doing these classes made a difference. I was examined by a pelvic floor PT at 7 weeks and she said I was in great shape. These classes were one of the best things I've done for myself, so I wanted to share with anyone who might be intersted/benefit.
