The first hour was a recap, but the last part of the show last night talks about new evidence, or evidence the police and shows haven’t focused on.
That wasn't a stun gun. It was model railroad tra ks,.like the ones in the basement right near the body. The brother absolutely did it, watch him on Dr. Phil. Sexual assaults had probably been committed by the father. Both children defecated all over the house, all the time. Mom in frequent contact with the pediatrician prior to Jonbenet's death. These things don't happen in a vacuum.

Anonymous wrote:I have been following this for years. They know the ransom note was written by the Mom, and that Jon Benet had scars indicating prior sexual abuse. The investigators screwed up big time, negligently corrupting evidence. This also was a power couple who had inappropriate ties to the police and prosecutors. But DNA evidence doesn’t lie. The old cbs report was slanted toward the son because that sells ad time, IMO.

The only new piece of info they seemed to have was that 3 different types of DNA were found on poor little Jon Benet's pajama pants. Previously, I think they only had two.
They said none were a match to any family member.
Isn’t that touch DNA that could have been from workers at the factory where the underwear was made?

This. Strongly confirmed by the last documentary where he featured. He expressed strong jealousy at the attention she got and was "reminiscing" about when all the people came to the house after he died and talked to him instead...
Whoa. [/b]How they didn't notice and convict that level of crazy back then is beyond me.
It’s just a guess but probably because courts require evidence.
