One name has an O and an R and the other has an E and an H. All the other letters are the same. All but two.

In different spots.
Not sure why this is the deciding factor?

Matt Mike is worse because it’s more boring. (Or maybe I just think that because I had bad experiences with my childhood neighbors with those names)

I have a friend with 3 kids (no twins) named Blaine, Blair and Blake. Now that is bad! She's lovely though, but not sure why she decided on only one name for all three of them!

I know a set of twins with thise names. Morgan is known as Momo and Meghan as Meggy. They’ll work it out.
