Sex on the first date is fine if it naturally leads there. You just asking for it without any lead up to that happening pretty much puts you in the creep caegory.

Ummm if they are heading to the exit as soon as they sit down then it’s obviously you. I prefer sex on the first date (I am female). We talked all night, about our future, job, family, etc to see if we are compatible so why not see if we are compatible sexually? Sex is a huge deal for me so if it isn’t good then peace out.

There's no way randos on the internet can give you more information than you already have. Some women won't mind you asking, some will be offended, some will take you up on your offer. The woman herself might respond differently depending on what she has to do in the morning, the time of month, how the date is going, etc.

I suggest that you not plan to have her come back to your house, but keep the option open. So make sure your home is reasonably neat and you would not be embarrassed if she did come back to your house. Then play by ear and see how the date is going.

On my last first date, I wasn't even sure it was a date. We met at my job and agreed to hang out. I took public transportation to the date/hang out and she drove me home. I offered for her to come in, she accepted, and we're married with kids now! YMMV.

It's that stupid thing that women do. They (claim) that they WOULD be sexually interested in you .... IF NOT for the fact YOU are sexually interested in HER.

No, I don’t think it’s crazy at the moment. Last call at bars in DC is 10pm...typically good dates don’t end that early, in my experience, and with limited/no options I think offering to go back to your place is fine. I wouldn’t have any sexual expectations, though.
