I mix my preferred creamy dressing (bleu cheese personally) 50/50 with something low calorie and higher vinegar (usually lite goddess).

I do a yogurt based green goddess dressing. Delicious and herby. You can google and find a variety of recipes.

What are the proportions of the tahini one? I realize you might just make to taste, but approximately how much of each?


Not the PP, but I would do equal parts tahini and olive oil, then the same amount of combined lemon juice and water (but more water than lemon)

Cava’s lemon tahini and yogurt dill are both good and healthy. You can find them at WF.

4 parts olive oil
1 part good balsamic
1 part lemon juice
1.5 tsp pomegranate molasses
2 cloves garlic, minced, crushed
very generous tbsp sumac
salt and pepper to taste

i use this on fattoush salad button other salads too.
