I have to arrive early for a covid test before the procedure.

Suprep was, by far, the worst part of the prep for me. My doctor had me drink a bottle of magnesium citrate (I think that's what it's called?) before Suprep because he was worried I wouldn't be cleaned out enough due to my history of constipation. The magnesium drink made me queasy on an empty stomach, and then I had to start on the Suprep. I worked SO hard to choke it down and ended up throwing it all up 10 min later. My body literally rejected it. I called the nurse line all stressed out that I was going to have to reschedule after going through the 2 days of clear liquids only. Thankfully I still had time to switch to the Miralax/Gatorade prep which was a lot more liquid to get down but SO much easier for me because it didn't taste awful. Now I now for next time!
I really can't believe anyone can drink Suprep. I am not at all prone to vomiting (threw up one time over 2 pregnancies, never get stomach bugs, etc.) but that stuff did me in. It is appalling to me that a company can make something that people are supposed to ingest that tastes so bad. It was like a combo of the worst cheap vodka, the 3 hour glucose drink, and Nyquil with a briny taste thrown in for fun. Never again.

You need to read the instructions from your doc (I’ve always been all clear liquids the day prior and other food restrictions the week prior).

Nope. I was a little out of it waking up, but there was no pain.
