We tried swaddling for a long time and he hated it. He hates having his arms and hands confined.
He needs to be upright or he screams.
We have used a carrier and he still wakes up and cries multiple times during his nap. He will be fully asleep, wake up, and then start crying. Then the cycle repeats. He also takes 30-60 minutes to get to sleep with lots of white noise and bouncing.

OP here. I will. I plan to sleep train this weekend with my husband home. I was looking into the Ferber method.
