Can you provide ONE single confirmed cases of someone getting covid in such a brief outside pass?

And two, have you thought about taking medication for your irrational and deteriorating mental health issues?

NP You sound like the one who needs medication. Honestly, I can't imagine spending so much time debating whether or not it's necessary to wear a mask, when wearing a mask is so simple. It's basically effortless. Way easier than fighting about not wearing one IMO.

Funny but I got the exact opposite impression. Most of the people were jumping at the bit to express their tremendous outrage and eagerness to be oh so rebellious and stick it to the man. It was crazy how happy people were to get super angry and shout their incredulity from the rooftops instead of taking a moment to look at the actual text.

You don't have to like it, but the rules say it's absolutely OK for someone to jog past you without a mask. If that's an unacceptable risk to you, you probably shouldn't be out in public at all right now.

Weird, I'm trying to navigate to this guidance from the main site and can't find it. But I do see the the press release that says masks must be worn outdoors "at all times." Seems like they could be more clear with their clarification.
