Whoa, that's a little extreme! It's not like the teen needs the job to survive and has no other options.
How about supervising outdoor playdates/outings for kids who are old enough that they don't need hands-on care but can't just go play at a park on their own? Picking the child(ren) up/returning just outside the front door and playing games that are relatively socially distanced?
