Can you be honest with yourself in terms of your diet - those extra Halloween chocolates, heavy calorie laden Pumpkin lattes, cold-weather comfort foods...you've had NONE of that?
Combine that with water weight, period bloating, and hormones...don't be surprised.

How do you feel physically? Do feel bloated? Hormonal? Tired? All of these are much more important factors in assessing your health than a daily and possibly temporary (and small!) change in weight.

All of this. You are a woman (check) you are getting older (check) you have hormones (check) you poop and drink water and eat sodium (check check check).
It could be the humitity in the air if you are a woman.
Better questions: Do your pants still fit? Are your bras tight, do you have a little roll of fat squishing over the edge of the band? how is your underwear, is there an overspill of fat around the edges? How is your belly: squishy?? jiggly? solid? something new?
