yeah, and BSC policy is two negatives needed to return if a close family member has tested positive.

One case is not an outbreak. If multiple players from one youth soccer team got Covid at same time that would be newsworthy, but still if carefully investigated you would likely find they had other interactions other than practicing together: carpools, eating in restaurants together, hanging out in each others homes etc.
