It varies. This week:
Saturday - 45 min ride, 5 min stretch
Sunday - 20 min ride, 5 min stretch (had done weights off peloton before this)
Tuesday - 30 min ride, 15 min ride, 5 min stretch
Wednesday - 15 min ride, 5 min stretch (had done weights off peloton before this)
Friday - 20 min ride, 5 min stretch (had done Pilates off peloton before this)
= 11 “workouts”
