They say they are ”pro life” but they aren’t since Trump killed a bunch of people with the federal death penalty. You say that to them and then they say, “I don’t know anything about that”.

There is a house with a Trump sign I see in 20854 when I go for my walks. Maybe that's you?

The only people who don't work hard for the money are people who are born into wealth, like the Trump family.

The rest of us work hard for our money, including the essential workers who only get paid minimum wage.

With the limit of the SALT deduction I would imagine many in 20854 saw their taxes go up a bit. I know my friend in NJ saw their taxes go up, and they only make $140k, which for 20854, is below the median income.

You give a lot to charity <> you are not racist. For all we know, you could be giving to a catholic church who only donates to pro-birther groups.

Last time around my precinct in Takoma Park went 92% for Hillary, and there were about 40 people who voted for Trump. It left me wondering who these 40-odd TKPK Trumpers were hiding out.

There are a lot of single-issue voters out there. That's a big part of it. Immigration, abortion, gun control, etc.

Obviously, Catholics are not getting that message.

Why? Because of a few examples of someone's friends who are extremists? The exit polls this year showed a similar pattern--with a slight edge for Biden among Catholics. Catholics really have not voted differently in recent elections than the rest of the country. That's what the data show.

We know there are some assholes in MoCo. Why is this a surprise?
