I may consider this unless this is a really close family member's last thanksgiving because of a terminal illness (untreatable & non contagious).

OMG. When I got through the first couple of lines, I thought this was going to be a group camp-out with everyone in campers for the weekend, eating deep-fried turkey outside on picnic tables. I actually thought that sounded like a great idea, and could be a lot of fun.

I did not see the two weeks of camper-prison-pen coming.
That is truly insane. Please keep us posted on the family drama when nobody participates (or if they do!).
