My kid used to get ton of junk mails with similar offers too - Bama, Oklahoma, and other southern and midwest state schools.

Try Kalamazoo, Lynchburg, and Trinity University (San Antonio). They are very transparent.

The exact amount varies by school but they are coming in at roughly half tuition. Still waiting to hear how much more she will get if she gets into the honors programs.

Yes, we are and, yes, OOS kids get it too. Competition is pretty tough though. Good luck.
