Anonymous wrote:Treatments like Olaplex are designed for damaged hair. If your hair is healthy but dry, you may need more moisture. It couldn't hurt to clarify your hair first and use a deep treatment. When my hair is not cooperating, I usually just need to clarify and start with a clean slate.

-use a gentle sulfate free shampoo/conditioner for dry hair. I like Intelligent Nurients Pure Luxe
-weekly oil treatment. At night I massage castor oil into scalp and then mix some jajoba oil (Trader Joe's) with a couple drops of castor oil and rub it into my ends and through the length of my hair. I shampoo it out in the morning and follow with O&M 7 day miracle masque deep conditioner

I didn't change anything, my hair is virgin (no color), and I use a lot less heat than used to, so I think I need to try some new products (in addition to vitamins and drinking more water, obviously). I keep hearing about Olaplex but know nothing about it. Tell me all about it, please!! Do I need the whole system or is there one specific product I can try first? I have my Sephora 15% to use this week!
Olaplex is really good for prcessed (think bleached/jighlighted haiir
