I'm a PP. Yea, it's supposed to be FOR THE PUBLIC. It's not supposed to be for a private group to monopolize every weekday morning so that no one else can use it. We all know the difference between a "crowded" public park (with many sets of children/parents) and a park that is overrun with daycare kids. It's not the same thing.
Also, I kind of have a feeling a lot of you saying "LOL it's a public park, it's for everyone" have kids in these daycares and don't really understand how your kids are running wild around these playgrounds with basically no supervision.
