The issue in the bay area is where to park it. The rates are high and it is hard to get spots. I have researched this thoroughly.

This is the kind of stuff you see on TikTok. But also search on Youtube. The videos will give you a breakdown on costs of building out the van and what you definitely want (I'd recommend a shower of some sort and a compost toilet plus some sort of cooktop)

Also its not as cheap as you would think. I've seen re-outfitted vans go anywhere from $15K to $60K with a built-in shower.
