Golf is the traditional “old boys network” vehicle that white men have used for a century or more to meet and greet, bond, and plot ways to maintain their suppression of women and POC in literary every aspect of our society. What do you think they discuss when they’re out there playing?
These young white men emulate their fathers and uncles. Instead of a private country club that discriminates against people, they have laid claim to a ball field, depriving it from being used by others. It’s intentional. It’s their way of saying “this is our turf”, and others aren’t welcome.
Because of these young white men, young Brown men can’t play soccer, and young Black men can’t play football. Which is exactly what these young white men want.
Get a life!!!!! No one is stopping Brown, Black, White, Orange, Blue, Purple men from playing golf, soccer, or football. Above is simply stupid!!!

East Potomac and Rock Creek @ $16 a bucket of balls. That is probably more classist than a few guys chipping balls in a local park.

For the dog people. No dogs on DPR playing fields leashed or unleashed period, unless they are working service dogs.
11. Dogs and Other Pets

Isn't frat boys laying siege to the mall to play kickball the same? How do we know that there are no black golfers?
I saw a gentleman at Turtle Park years ago practicing fly casting on the baseball outfield. He was attempting to cast to various targets on the infield. Should the cops have been called? DCPR?
