Read the article. Her kids tested negative. Way to go on spreading malicious rumors about kids, op. Well done.
Ugh, please. The kids should have been kept at home for 14 days from the day of exposure - 14 days is today. A negative test is not the standard because all that tells you is that you don't have any or enough viral load at the time of the test. The POSITIVE test, especially after symptoms is how you do contract tracing.
Look at the photos. Her kids spoke to many COVId-positive people and sat tightly packed next to COVId positive people like Melania, Kellyanne, Tilles and Trump. I know you do not like facts but thems are the facts.
All the indoor photos have the kids right up close to Trump, senators, Melania, etc.

Obviously the antibody test will not help since it is already known that she had the virus over the summer, so she definitely has the antibodies. But they need to make sure that she does not have active cells before she meets in person with the judiciary committee.
Of 22 members on the judiciary committee, 3 are in their 80's, 3 are in their 70's, 8 are in the 60's (3 of which are 68, 68 and 69). That means 14/22 members are 60's-80's (9/22 are 68+). They are very vulnerable ages. before you expose these judiciary committee members to someone who is one of the potential super-spreaders, she needs to be adequately tested.
In addition, they should be setting up precautions, a large plexiglass screen like Jaime Harrison used in the recent debates and box fans to circulate the air away from the Senators.

A senior White House official said the Barretts kept their children home from school as soon as they learned that some attendees of the White House event had tested positive. The children have not experienced symptoms of infection, and they tested negative for the virus before they returned to the classroom, the official said.
Parents expressed concern that the outbreak might have been tied to the Rose Garden event. One parent, who asked not to be identified, said at least one of the Barrett children attended classes in person the following week, even though the school offers an online learning option.

This is not about being a fan or not. It's about proper public health protocols and the willingness of our governmental officials to adhere to them. We don't know if it's tied to her or not. That is what contract tracing and quarantine/isolation would do to help stop the spread.
My husband was exposed to a person that tested positive - this was back in March. He isolated for 14 days per CDC guidelines.
Obviously the WH is completely thumbing its nose at most protocols, but that doesn't mean every other branch of government has to go along.
