So I guess he’s beyond toddler age now but my 4yo is all about being a kitchen helper, so I’m trying to encourage it. Things like muffins or pancakes are really easy for him to help with. I have a recipe for fairly healthy pumpkin cookies that he likes, it’s in a cookbook but similar to this:
