Western food is really terrible to eat on a sustained basis. The best flavors and variety comes from Asian cuisines. Asian cuisine is also healthier.

Original PP here. I'm partial to bone-in ribeye. Second choice would be bone-in NY Strip. Hangar steak is good, but I have to be in the mood for it.

If everyone knows what they're getting into, that's fine. But if some unsuspecting guest rolls up and it's, like, make-your-own-pizza Thanksgiving, they deserved fair warning.
