Corned beef & Swiss on marble rye. With mayo. It’s the best.
At home, my best sandwiches are BLT’s with homegrown tomatoes.
Also, any fried egg sandwich. A basic egg salad sandwich or homemade chicken salad (with grapes! No celery!) on good bread is satisfying too.
In NYC, putting mayo on a corned beef sandwich is considered a crime against humanity. Rightly so. Please rethink your life choices.
