Frankly, assuming Biden wins (big assumption, but still) then as the Trump crimes come to light, the exposure of those in the Senate who enabled it will also have light shed on it. That isn't to say that they are all at risk, but as Rep. Schiff said, Trump is an iron chain that ties the albatross to everyone who supported him.
