Considering Arlington's record against VDA (4-1-1), it seems that the former club was more merciful than the latter when playing your DC's team.

What age group?
For northern virginia,
Richmond is leading in U16,
McLean is leading in U17
and I didn't find Arlington in top 3 in U18
are you talking about u13?
As far as I can see Arlington is leading U14, 2nd in U15, leading U16 (the table seems to sort on PPG rather than total points so teams with less points but a game in hand are shown ahead of Arlington here), 4th in U17 and 11th in U19. Not sure if that counts as "leading" - but it's obviously a pretty good performance.
