I definitely stayed around 140/145 until I stopped breastfeeding, but once I weaned, the weight just kind of fell off. I exercised consistently, but not particularly intensely. I eat well, but no diet per se.

I do not recommend dieting while breastfeeding. Do it after. But, you clearly know how to diet as you lost so much already. Don't ocd about 15lbs, that is a sure way not to lose it. Just go slow and steady.
Op here - I ate well and exercised until my 8th month with all 3 pregnancies. I just had really big babies (9+lbs and no gestational diabetes). For some reason my body just puts on a lot of weight while pregnant. My doctor was never worried because I always lost the Wright (well after baby 1 and 2) easily. Now I am done having kids after baby 3 and want to get back to normal.
