When we are together my husband always drives so I’m not anxious because I hate highway driving.

take a defensive driving/smith system driving course before you take therapy for it.

I’m not normally anxious about driving but in some certain, dangerous driving conditions it helps knowing your car safety ratings. I have literally watched crash tests of my car before buying for safety reassurance. Got a tank for a car that helps protect my family and helps calm my nerves in dicey weather conditions.

I'm most nervous on highways, with tailgaters, people driving 80+ mph, those who change lanes with inches to spare. They are the ones most likely to cause accidents.
