Op, I just went through an incredibly stressful time at work for the past 5 months. Thankfully dh could relate due to some life experiences on his end. But many of my colleagues struggled with their relationship and finding themselves talking to other coworkers more than their significant others. No cheating or emotional affairs, just that it was nice to talk to people who "got it". You probably wouldn't have given this a second thought if it weren't for the fact his coworkers are female.

I think the best thing you can do is to see how you can help DH during this stressful work period. Does he need to vent? Bounce ideas off you?

You don't know if you've been snooped on. Or, if you do because you have super tracking equipment on your devices or something, that would suggest a much deeper issue than OP.
