OP I'm sure you shopped already but here's mine! I'm on week 2 of no shopping, only freezer and forage meals.
Stir fry Korean rice cakes in a Peanut-kojujang-soy sauce, frozen edamame and corn my mom brought from a farm stand.
Andouille chicken sausage and kale and bean soup, may add cabbage.
Bacon and kimchee fried rice (frozen corn and whatever else)
Some random frozen chicken wings and fish sticks I got from school lunch program, Cole slaw.
Quinoa/chia/coconut/frozen guava pudding? Fruit (apple/pear) salad with shiso. This is a weird one I know, but week 2.
Miso noodle soup, dried mushrooms, seaweed, kudzu.
