A few people, such that it is feasible to maintain distance, the volume of conversation stays low (if people can't be heard easily, they will stand closer), there's space to spread out when eating, etc.? Sure. A big group? Nope.

I would attend provided there were explicit rules: for example, masks must be worn when going inside to use the bathroom.
