Both are nice names so you can’t really go wrong. However I think in the US the more common spellings are Vivian and Amelia, so just be aware.

We have friends who named their (now teen) daughters Sophie and Emilia. They call her Mimi. Possibly because they’re so many Emmys from Emily. Who knows? It’s a great NN- for this child, at least.
I love both of the names you’re thinking about.
