I am in a LTR now; however, I dated for about 1.5 years before getting into my LTR. All most all of the women I dated were over 50 (except for an FWB who was in her mid-40s).
It was wonderful. Much, much better than dating in my late teens/early 20s. The women were very sexual focused and excellent lovers. Most did not want a traditional "boyfriend/girlfriend" thing as they had limited time (all of the women I dated were single parents with kids in their mid to late teens), their own resources, and did not see marriage as benefiting them.
Having a man for sex and social fun (dates, trips, etc.) was what they wanted and what you could easily find. My favorite part was how open they were to trying something (e.g., I enjoy having sex outside and most women were more than up for it if was even moderately safe.)
Have at it, my brother.
I am 46 yo women with two young kids - recently divorced and this describes my goal for post-COVID dating and relationships! I don't want marriage, monogamy, another father for my kids, or to share a house.
