Hopefully telework is the way of the future. DC government was getting way too crazy with their fines. I'd be happy if I never had to step foot back there again. Not worth it.

Well, maybe if prices come down we can have small businesses that can actually afford the rent. I don't really feel bad if people lose money on commercial real estate here.
