My 7 yo is the same. It never ends. We have a mini trampoline on each floor, a punching bag, a gymnastics roller and just purchased a door pull up bar.
We go for walks /runs first thing in the am, ride bikes at lunch and a sport in the evening.
Sometimes I make him work on his push ups sit ups and burpees.
