Ours reduced hours too to comply with the no mixing of kids rules and the limited staffing since they can't float teachers anymore. Have you shifted your kids hours to do 8-4 instead of 9-5? If you aren't dropping off at 8 I'd try doing that and shifting working hours forward so that end of day is shifted forward too.

It's tough: we have a classroom where only one child is regularly attending (an infant). So we have to have 3 staff to operate it: Two to follow the 2 adult reg and 1 to cover their breaks.
