Lauren Trosch at Inova is great (and she takes insurance!). I previously saw Lauren Wohl at GW, who is also great. But I heard a rumor that she's no longer taking new patients.

Any experience with Pany Nazari (http://www.cypressptmclean.com) or Kathy Pesavento (http://www.pelvicorept.com) ?

Seconded for Peggy Tressler. She is phenomenal - I made so much progress with her, and she has the most wonderful, kind and understanding bedside manner. It was a pain for me to get out to her office geographically, but I would go back to her in a heartbeat regardless of location.

Thanks PP!! Found her with that info. Here’s the link. When I saw her at a different location a couple years ago she was terrific, and I’ve had a lot of pelvic PT.

She’s in Cabin John in Potomac. I was looking for a pelvic floor specialist and her name came up.

I saw and highly recommend Peggy Treseler who was practicing in Kensington a couple years ago - just checked and she’s not there anymore. Anyone know where she works now?

Washington Wellness Physical Therapy and Sportscare has a great pelvic health specialist. They were the first people to tell me (3rd pregnancy) that I didn’t just have to suffer through it.

They used to have a Bethesda location as well. Excellent group.

Restore motion in Bethesda/Rockville made me worse. That was me, maybe others had different experience. The people I used were quite young and did not do enough history on me and let's just say it did not turn out well.

Thanks! Was there a particular therapist at ITR that you liked the most?
