For me, sometimes it’s 9, after breakfast and a lazy morning. Sometimes it’s 6.

If it’s before 8, they have to use inside voices or come back inside.

You are really inconsiderate.

8am, or when you hear other loud noises if earlier.

My neighbors home remodel started at 7:30 yesterday with a jackhammer. So, I blew up the bounce house then also and off they went!

10 am is ridiculous in summer—the middle of the day is the hottest—

People mow their lawns, and construction starts at 7 am so kids can play at 7 am. I wish the sound of laughing children was what I heard that early instead of a jackhammer.

8-9am on weekdays, 9-10am on weekends. But I feel it's more important to simply get to know your neighbors and their morning habits.

My neighbors on both sides are up around 6am everyday, and the only people sleeping much later than that in the extended houses are teenage kids who will sleep through a tornado anyhow. We all aren't squeamish about making noise early because we know each other's routines.

Noise ordinance is 7. My kids wake up at 7 and aren't out until at least 7:45, but I have no problem sending them out after breakfast.

Quietly after 7:30 and normally starting at 9. There are no nose penances where I live but I'm in a close-in suburb of DC with a mix of kids, elderly people, and WFH professionals. It's my neighbors had an issue, they would definitely let me know

In Montgomery County Maryland it is 7 am during the week and 9 am on weekends for construction work.

So I would say 8am during the week and 9am on weekends is fine.

But I doubt kids are as loud as 55 dBA.

This. Unless they are screaming and carrying on, but that has to do with just being a respectful neighbor and not what time it is.
