Spicy Oven Roasted Cauliflower. Every time I make this, someone requests the recipe. My kids inhale it. FYI, I set the oven at 400-425.

I like to roast it with olive oil, salt, and pepper. A few minutes before it's done, shake on some fresh parmesan and some chopped walnuts.

Cauliflower "wings." Sorry don't have a particular recipe but it used batter and panko. There are a lot of online recipes for this. Many recommend air fryer but I used over and it was so good.

I love cauliflower rice. I sub it for rice in many preparations and it works great.
I also love aloo gobhi. I roast it in the oven which makes it easy.
Ottolenghi's cauliflower cake is a great brunch dish.
