Maybe PSAT (and national merit competition) will just be cancelled for this year's Juniors).
Our private already cancelled PSAT for the junior class this year. I’m sure others will follow.
Our is planning to give it. They could literally have one student per room with 1:1 proctors if they needed to.

The school buildings should be open when school starts, at least in FCPS. They can have DL and still allow juniors to come in and test. Since they use different forms, and am and a pm cohort allows for social distancing. A class of 500 can hav2 e 2 groups of 250, or 10 kids each in 25 classrooms. The test itself is less than three hours start to finish. Wear masks and allow a 15 minute outside mask break halfway through. It’s a lot easier to do safely than any of the hybrid plans, because many fewer kids and much less time indoors.
