Free therapy thanks to big friendly fluffy white dog, and cute fluffy yellow chicks that we’re renting (incubation, hatching, etc). We’ve done it before, it’s the best when you wake up in the morning and you hear them gently cheeping!

They want it to write out problems for math or science, and I think also just for fun LOL. They were very enthusiastic about it and I couldn't see any reason why not. I got a bunch of different erasable markers in a huge variety of colors. We have 1 still in elementary and 2 in middle school. It seemed like a relatively small expense for the amount of excitement they had about it so we'll see how it works out!

We got dd a new desk, which we had been planning on anyway. Keyboard, monitor, mouse, wireless headphones.

For our sophomore ds, we may get a tutor or two; we’ll play that by ear after classes start.

We’ll consider a pod for dd (5th grade) if any close friends are doing one. It’s not a necessity for us.

Well-trained mind is an excellent program.

As of right now, I plan to spend whatever some new pens, pencils and notebooks cost. Both kids already have desks and chairs. One has and the other will get a school issued laptop. If it becomes necessary down the line to buy some organizational items we’ll deal with that then.

We spent about $500 per kid to purchase desks, chairs and chromebooks. The desks had been promised pre-COVID, DL just made us follow through.

Probably no pod. Going to buy a desk and chair and some organizational supplies -- folders, desk organizer, etc. New headphones with a built-in mic. Already bought a new printer and small white board.

That's been all. We've probably been saving money more than spending it.

New desk for family room and two more office chairs (one old one finally gave out after so much use this spring.)

+1 on the sweatpants. DS grew about 4 inches this spring.

More sweatpants so we don’t have as much laundry.
