Locals will have discretion to choose what to do depending on conditions in their locality. Some systems plan to go all virtual. Some plan for hybrid. Role of state is to keep staff and students safe no matter what path is choses.

Our hospitalization and cases/100K are still high and increasing. Hence why NY listed us as one of the states that need to quarantine if we visit or travel to NY.

While our numbers are improving in some areas, we still have far too much transmission going on. Too many people are not being careful enough and that is why the extra precautions are in place.

Remove partisan fighting over election. Laws requires polls to be open. Get absentee, use early voting. Polls will be open, as required by law.

Does not want to shut down businesses. Counties need to do their part to enforce existing restrictions.
