I notice when I wipe - not enough to touch my underwear or a pad. I feel really “wet” down there. I’m assuming the pink/peach tinge is blood, but are there any other discharges that would give that color? Did your MCs begin like this and progress to red? Called OB and they said to monitor it.

I am sorry if that is what you are experiencing.

I miscarried between my first and second kids at around 7 weeks. It was kind of like a heavy, but short, period, but not particularly physically painful. Unpleasant, yes.
I got pregnant again two weeks later with my amazing little daughter, who is now 2. You don't need to wait for your period to return, at least, not according to my OBs. They said waiting can help with dating the pregnancy, but they also have these magical machines called ultrasounds which can date pregnancies as well. Since I had recently miscarried, I did get treated with kid gloves for pregnancy #3, at least during the first trimester, which was nice -- and the dating ultrasound gives you a chance to see the embryo a little earlier than I would have otherwise.
Good luck and best wishes to you.

A month later we conceived our daughter.
I found from talking to friends and relatives that this is super common, as is fertility afterward.
