Umm, there was a roomful of witnesses. And Sean Hannity isn't anybody's grandma.

And, there was an investigation by an outside group that found no wrong doing by Hannity, Carlson, Kurtz or Caldwell.

Workplace harassment may not be a crime, but you can be fired for exactly what is described in the complaint - sexual joking and discussion - and your company can end up paying millions in lawyer and settlement fees.
