Being cautious during a pandemic doesn’t mean you’re living in fear. Check yourself.

We go early to avoid crowds and leave if more than a family or two more are there. We wear masks and avoid usng same equipment at same time as others. We know not to touch are eyes or noses and we use hand sanitizer before snacks.

We only go to playgrounds that are not very crowded - like, 0 to 4 other people there. Which is almost never an issue because we are going early in the morning to avoid the blazing heat. Hand sanitizer immediately afterward, wash hands when we get home. No mask. DS is 3. I'd be more concerned if he was a baby who still put his mouth on things.

We don’t wear masks at the park, just use hand sanitizer after.
