Agreed. This made no sense.

Akshay’s mother is a nut job. Even if I liked Akshay (gross, he’s a child) I would say no to that MIL. It’s not surprising how pitiful Akshay is given how awful his mother is.

I love Nadia and Aparna really grew on me.

Vyasar seems like a nice guy but I don’t know how many women are going to be into Dungeons and Dragons and homeschooling their kids.

God help the poor girl that ends up in Akshay’s family.

Aparna needs a few drinks in her. She needs a little bitch man she can push around.

She will smack him and order him around and he will love it.

Wish they had picked some Indian (in India) cast members who weren’t super wealthy (seems like they are all 1 percenters).

My guess is that only the 1% can afford Sima.

I'm married to an Indian guy and I had no idea height was such a big deal!

I liked the show but wish they had provided more updates on the couples. Hoping for a season 2 for answers!

I was really hoping to see some weddings at the end!

The height thing struck me, too., along with favoring pale skin. It’s sad to me that colorism is common around the world.

I did not know Indians cared this much about height.
