They should have on mask if thst is the policy of the store. Many stores have policies that exceed the guidance in the order. Just like stores that require people to wear clothes a store can require people to wear masks to be a customer. Just as a store can say we refuse service with a mask. If you are that worried, why have your kid in the store in the first place?
You cant control others and their risk level may be different than yours. You really shouldnt judge, just accept and move on. I see people driving alone in their car with a mask on and i initially inwas baffled. My husband does the stupid act of pulling his mask down below his nose. I think its dumb and he might as well not wear one.
I personally wear a mask and practice social distancing. I keep my kids at home. I know people who refuse to wear a mask at all. In the end we shouldn't judge peoples decisions.
